This is a Kanex Pro 1 x 4 HDMI Splitter w/ Cat5 Rental which includes a set of 1 transmitter and 4 receivers for HDMI signals transmissions. This product supports full HD 1080p/i and computer resolution of up to WUXGA (1920 x 1200 @ 60 Hz). The transmitter sends up to 4 identical signals of up to 100' (30 m) for 1080p and up to 150' (46m) for 1080i resolutions.
